
Perfect Pear
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce pear purée reserved from Pear-Rosemary Bundt Cake
- 0.75 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 ounce pear eau de vie
- 0.5 ounce honey
- Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions
- 1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, pear purée, lemon juice, pear eau de vie, and honey. Add ice. Cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
