pear purée reserved from Pear-Rosemary Bundt Cake

fresh lemon juice

pear eau de vie

ounce
honey
Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig
Instructions
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, pear purée, lemon juice, pear eau de vie, and honey. Add ice. Cover and shake for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
