Bake from Scratch editor-in-chief, Brian Hart Hoffman, will be joined by Erin Jeanne McDowell for an unforgettable weekend of baking, learning, and connection. In this immersive retreat, you’ll master the techniques behind tender autumn pastries, golden loaves, and perfectly spiced treats—all while surrounded by the warmth of our baking community.
From mixing and proofing to shaping and baking, Brian and Erin will guide you step-by-step through each recipe, sharing their expert tips, approachable methods, and signature inspiration along the way. You’ll bake both sweet and savory creations that celebrate the flavors of the season.
With your own fully equipped kitchen station, stand mixer, and oven in the Bake from Scratch test kitchen, you’ll gain the confidence to bake like a pro and the joy of seeing (and tasting) your own creations come to life.
Each registered attendee will receive a one-year subscription to Bake from Scratch. If you’re already a subscriber, you have the option of extending your subscription or gifting it to someone who loves baking.
