Kick off the new year in delicious French fashion at our French Bakery Weekend Baking Retreat. Join Bake from Scratch editor-in-chief Brian Hart Hoffman and Los Angeles–based French pastry expert Andreas Pita for an immersive weekend dedicated to the art of classic French baking. Together, you’ll master iconic creations including the Tarte Tropézienne, a luscious brioche-based specialty from the South of France; delicate Madeleines; and the elegant, strawberry-studded Fraisier cake. Indulge your passion for pastry, refine your techniques, and savor the sweet life—à la française!
Each registered attendee will receive a one-year subscription to Bake from Scratch. If you’re already a subscriber, you have the option of extending your subscription or gifting it to someone who loves baking.
