Vanilla Whipped Cream

Makes about 5 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups (480 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • â…” cup (80 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at low speed until well combined. Increase mixer speed to medium-high, and beat until medium peaks form, 2 to 3 minutes.
