Sour Cream Whipped Cream

Makes about 2½ cups
Ingredients

(240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
2
tablespoons
(24 grams) granulated sugar
⅓
cup
(80 grams) cold sour cream
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cold cream and sugar at medium speed until soft peaks form. Add sour cream, and beat until medium-stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
