Ingredients
  

  • 1¼ cups (150 grams) confectioners’ sugar sifted
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons (20 grams) peanut butter powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 grams) water

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together confectioners’ sugar, cream, peanut butter powder, and salt. Gradually stir in 2 tablespoons (30 grams) water until desired consistency is reached. Use immediately.
