Passion Fruit Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup (67 grams) superfine sugar
  • 1/3 cup (67 grams) passion fruit purée

Instructions

  • Place sugar and passion fruit purée in a small pan, and bring to a simmer to dissolve the sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3minutes so the mixture can reduce. Remove from heat.
