Makes dough for 15 empanadas

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups (368 grams) masa harina
  • cups (540 grams) warm water (100°F/38°C to 110°F/43°C)
  • ¾ teaspoon (2 grams) kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir together masa harina, 2¼ cups (540 grams) warm water, and salt until a dough forms. Use immediately.
