  • 2 cups (240 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup (60 grams) crème fraîche
  • tablespoons (22.5 grams) fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until smooth. Use immediately.
