Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (8-ounce) package (226 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (60 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (180 grams) cold heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla, beating until combined; scrape bottom and sides of bowl. With mixer on medium-low speed, slowly add cold cream, beating until combined. Scrape bottom and sides of bowl. Beat at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 1 to 2 minutes. Use immediately.
