Cinnamon Glaze

Makes about 1¾ cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2⅔ cups (320 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons (150 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth and well combined. Use immediately.
