Chocolate Whipped Cream

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons (42 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (10 grams) Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
  • â…› teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at low speed until combined. Gradually increase mixer speed to high, beating until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
