Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
6
ounces
(172 grams) dark chocolate, finely chopped
2
ounces
(57 grams) milk chocolate, finely chopped
½
cup
(120 grams) heavy whipping cream
Instructions
In a small heatproof bowl, place chocolates.
In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until steaming. (Do not boil.) Pour warm cream onto chocolates, and let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk until melted and smooth. Use immediately.
