Ingredients

ounces
(142 grams) 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
4
teaspoons
(20 grams) neutral oil
Instructions
In the top of a double boiler, place chocolate. Heat, without stirring, over simmering water until almost melted. Gently stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in oil. Let cool for 5 minutes before using.
