Vanilla Whipped Cream

Makes 1½ cups

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (120 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup (30 grams) confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until well combined. Increase mixer speed to high, and beat just until stiff peaks form. Use immediately.
