Lime Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons (2 grams) lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon (2 grams) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
