Vanilla Chantilly Cream

Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
1
cup
(240 grams) cold heavy whipping cream
3
tablespoons
(21 grams) confectioners’ sugar
1
teaspoon
(6 grams) vanilla bean paste
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at low speed until combined. Increase mixer speed to high, and beat until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
