Hazelnut-Chocolate Ganache

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup (132 grams) hazelnut-chocolate spread*
  • 5 tablespoons (75 grams) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat all ingredients on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth and well combined. Cover and let cool completely. Use immediately.
