Ginger Sugar
- 2 cups (400 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (12 grams) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In the work bowl of a food processor, pulse together sugar and ginger until well combined. Spread onto prepared pan.
- Bake until dry, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
