Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ⅓ cup (32 grams) ground cinnamon
- 2½ tablespoons (15 grams) ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons (4 grams) ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons (4 grams) ground allspice
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
