Honey-Beer Syrup
 
Makes about ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Saison or Hefeweizen beer
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons (42 grams) unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring beer, honey, and butter to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat, and use immediately.
