Milk Chocolate Ganache
- 6 ounces (175 grams) milk chocolate bars, chopped
- ⅓ cup (80 grams) heavy whipping cream
- Place chocolate in a small heatproof bowl.
- In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a simmer. Pour hot cream over chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes; stir until smooth. Use immediately.
