Black Sesame Streusel
 
Makes 2½ cups
Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups (156 grams) all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup (67 grams) granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup (73 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (9 grams) black sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon (1.5 grams) kosher salt
  • ½ cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, sesame seeds, and salt. Drizzle with melted butter, and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Crumble with your fingertips until desired consistency is reached.
