Strawberry Cardamom Sugar
- ¾ cup (150 grams) granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup (5 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon (1 gram) lemon zest
- In the work bowl of a food processor, place all ingredients; process until well combined. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
