Blood Orange Glaze
 
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups (300 grams) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons (28 grams) fresh blood orange juice (about 1 medium blood orange)
  • 1½ tablespoons (22.5 grams) whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. (Mixture will be very thick.) Use immediately.
