Blood Orange Glaze
- 2½ cups (300 grams) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) fresh blood orange juice (about 1 medium blood orange)
- 1½ tablespoons (22.5 grams) whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. (Mixture will be very thick.) Use immediately.
