Cookies and “Milk” for Santa
- No-Churn Peppermint Bark Ice Cream (recipe follows)
- Large shards of Peppermint Bark, to serve
- Espresso, to serve
- Chocolate Cookies (recipe follows)
- Scoop No-Churn Peppermint Bark Ice Cream into small tea cups. Place shards of Peppermint Bark in ice cream, and top with espresso. Serve with Chocolate Cookies.
