Cookies and “Milk” for Santa
 
Makes 18 cookies
Ingredients
  • No-Churn Peppermint Bark Ice Cream (recipe follows)
  • Large shards of Peppermint Bark, to serve
  • Espresso, to serve
  • Chocolate Cookies (recipe follows)
Instructions
  1. Scoop No-Churn Peppermint Bark Ice Cream into small tea cups. Place shards of Peppermint Bark in ice cream, and top with espresso. Serve with Chocolate Cookies.
