Ingredients
  • 3 medium unpeeled bananas (672 grams)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place unpeeled bananas on a sheet pan. Roast until completely black, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely; peel bananas.
