Strawberry Jam Filling
- 1 cup (320 grams) strawberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons (16 grams) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons (30 grams) fresh lemon juice
- In a small saucepan, cook preserves, cornstarch, and lemon juice over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Once cooled, refrigerate for 30 minutes before using.
