Strawberry Sugar

Ingredients
  • ½ cup (8 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
  • ⅓ cup (67 grams) granulated sugar
Instructions
  1. In the work bowl of a food processor, place freeze-dried strawberries and sugar; process until a fine pink sugar forms, about 2 minutes
