Strawberry Sugar
- ½ cup (8 grams) freeze-dried strawberries
- ⅓ cup (67 grams) granulated sugar
- In the work bowl of a food processor, place freeze-dried strawberries and sugar; process until a fine pink sugar forms, about 2 minutes
