Strawberry Graham Cracker Crust
- ⅔ cup (87 grams) graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup (4 grams) freeze-dried strawberries, powdered
- 2 tablespoons (24 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely. Use immediately.
