1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
Instructions
In a small saucepan, bring ¼ cup (60 grams) water, brown sugar, and vanilla bean and reserved seeds to a boil over medium heat. Remove vanilla bean, and let cool completely. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
